With over 20 years experience, she brings strategic oversight, stakeholder management, and growth-focused thinking to every project, positioning DHS Group as a trusted, innovative, and community-focused delivery partner.

Managing Director
Founder, Director and LBP Builder.As DHS’s “Chief Builder” of regions, people and projects he is recognised as a business leader across complex commercial construction projects with a focus on quality, programme certainty, and on-site excellence. Of Ngātiwai and Te Parawhau descent, he ensures projects are delivered with integrity, accountability, and respect for the communities in which they are built.

Project Director
With more than 20 years of Construction Management experience, he has led a number of significant landmark projects, including the Civic Centre and Hundertwasser in Whangarei. An excellent industry leader, he has proven ability to deliver no matter how big the project size. Bronson holds a Site Class 2 Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) accreditation.

Quantity Surveyor
Min holds a Masters in Quantity Surveying and has over 20 years of construction experience both in New Zealand and in various international markets. She has worked on a variety of large scale construction projects – up to $500m
Diogo
Project Manager
Diogo has spent 12 years in the Construction Industry, spending time in both Brazil and Japan before settling in New Zealand in 2015. Diogo is passionate about the industry, in particular the customer experience and ensuring that from start to finish every part big and small is executed excellently.

Project Manager
Tony has been part of the DHS team for 5 years, moving up from a Tradesman through to Site Manager and Project Manager. Bringing a large amount of experience in commercial fit outs and large scale commercial projects, he is an asset to our team and our clients.

Josh is a very experienced Project and Site Manager. With a wide range of skills from Quantity surveying, project management, and site management he specialises in commercial and industrial construction. Finance Manager
Maree is the glue in the DHS team, ensuring the back end of the business runs seamlessly at all times. Construction projects contain many moving parts, and Maree juggles them all excellently. With a long career in accounts and bookkeeping, she also brings indepth knowledge of automation systems to DHS, ensuring we are at the forefront of technology with our processes.
